Azot KAO was recognised with an All-Russian diploma for high social efficiency

The Government House of the Russian Federation hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the all-Russian contest ‘Russian Organisation of High Social Efficiency’. Ekaterina Kreps, Director of Social Affairs at Azot KAO, acted as the company's representative.

The winners and prize-winners were awarded by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova. Minister of Labour and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin and President of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions Mikhail Shmakov also took part in the awarding ceremony.

Azot KAO participated in the nomination ‘Best Conditions for Employees with Family Responsibilities in a Production Form Organisation’ and received a diploma ‘For Best Practice’. The company presented a project of the corporate demographic programme ‘Our Children’, which involves a payment of 1 million rubles to employees who become parents. In addition, in the nomination, experts assessed the implementation of the collective agreement, labour and recreation conditions, social guarantees for employees with family responsibilities, and the development of family values.

It should be noted that earlier the Kuzbass Government presented awards of the regional stage of the competition, in which Azot KAO won in the same nomination.

- This year the Russian Organisation of High Social Efficiency competition celebrates its anniversary: it is 25 years old. Over its long history, the competition has become firmly embedded in our lives and has been recognised. And today we honour the organisations that have the highest results in implementing corporate programmes aimed at solving problems in the social sphere. I would like to thank everyone for the contribution you make to the development and support of your employees. Relying on such employees, we can definitely say that we are able to achieve technological development and technological leadership because we have such strong teams behind us," Tatyana Golikova said at the award ceremony.

In 2024, the competition was held in 17 nominations. More than 2,000 applications were received for the regional stage, and more than 500 for the federal stage. The winners were 61 organisations from 65 regions of the country.
