On July 4, the Day of National Priorities “Family” was held in Moscow at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”. Speaking at the plenary session, Andrey Vishnevsky, CEO of Azot KAO, talked about corporate support for employees' families.
“Today, the company employs 5.7 thousand people. The company has an ecosystem of social welfare that allows each employee to receive support at all stages: from professional education to retirement. The ecosystem includes the health of employees and their families, support for parents with many children, care for retirees, development of corporate culture, housing program and charity. In total, our program amounts to 1.3 billion rubles or 230 thousand rubles per person,” said Andrey Vishnevsky.
Azot KAO has a Health Management Program, which started in 2023, and based on the results of an in-depth health check all employees were divided into categories (absolutely healthy and not in need of treatment), B (employees whose health is not at risk if health is systematically monitored) and C (employees with a serious illness or on the verge of such an illness). All employees received health passports with treatment recommendations.
In addition, children of employees also undergo free comprehensive medical examinations. Thus, out of 4.5 thousand children of employees, 1.7 thousand were examined last year, the rest - this year. Similarly to parents, the results of children's examinations are categorized into three groups.
“Unfortunately, the results showed that the absolute majority of children fell into category B. Out of 1771 children who were examined last year, only 412 turned out to have no health deviations. This requires an even more careful attitude to health not only on the part of their parents, but also on the part of the employer,” believes Andrei Vishnevsky.
