The company's CEO, Andrei Vishnevsky, presented the plant's social programmes to the forum audience, including the ‘Our Children’ programme, launched in 2024, which pays one million roubles to every child born into a plant worker's family. During this time, the plant has paid 120 million roubles to children.
Alexander and Tatyana Barykin, employees of Azot KAO, recently became parents for the second time and also took part in the programme.
‘For us, as for other Azotov families, this amount has been a huge help, because with the birth of children come new worries and expenses, and we want them to have the best of everything,’ said the head of the family.
Another participant in the All-Russian forum was Tatiana Rosental, an operator at the lactam-2 workshop, who is expecting her third child:
