The event was held as part of the HSE Days project with the support of Azot KAO from 15 to 16 October. The forum gathered about 140 participants from 30 cities of the country. The main purpose of the meeting was to exchange best practices in the field of industrial safety.
The key areas of the business programme included safety culture, risk management, digitalisation in the field of occupational health and safety, household injuries and other relevant topics.
- Building an effective industrial safety system is a real art. Mistakes happen along the way, and projects may or may not be successful. And this forum was created just to share best practices and shorten this path by applying the best, proven solutions, - said Andrey Vishnevsky, General Director of Azot KAO, in his welcoming speech at the opening of the forum.
The guests of the forum took part in various thematic sessions, master-classes and workshops, as well as visited a tour of Azot KAO, during which the company's specialists presented the most effective tools to ensure industrial safety. We would like to remind you that in 2024 Azot KAO was recognised as the best organisation of large business in the field of occupational safety. Among the best practices described to the guests of the industrial site were the industrial safety dispatch centre and electronic work orders.
- The forum was unique in that it brought together for the first time in Kuzbass such a large number of specialists responsible for employee safety in their companies. It allowed them to get acquainted, exchange experience, and get new ideas for further improvement of the industrial safety system,’ said Andrey Prokopenko, founder and CEO of the HSE Days project.
The outcome of the forum on industrial safety culture was the creation of the Kuzbass industrial safety club, which will start its functioning with the support of Azot KAO.
