The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), VEB.RF, and Azot Group signed a cooperation agreement to explore the possibility of implementing a major investment project, the Vorkuta Chemical Complex, which could be built in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. Total investment in the project may reach RUB 200 billion, and the project will create up to 2,000 new jobs
