From 1 January 2025, 7 more enterprises of Azot Group and RostAgro Group will switch to tax monitoring. Previously, two major chemical producers, Azot KAO and Ammoni AO, have already switched to the new form of tax monitoring.
Based on the results of the review of the application to join the tax monitoring regime of the enterprises of the groups of companies, the tax authority made a decision to connect them to the new form of tax control from 2025. New participants of tax monitoring will be Angarskiy azotno-tukoviy zavod OOO, Meleuz Mineral Fertilizers OOO, Volgograd Polymer Production Company OOO, Promtekh OOO, as well as three enterprises of the agricultural holding RostAgro.
New participants in tax monitoring will be able to join a pilot project to build production and logistics chains for the chemical industry. This will allow groups of companies to analyse key indicators for strategic planning.
‘Following the concept of tax monitoring development and the main directions of the National Project ‘Digital Data Economy’, Azot Group has started to implement a new method of data generation by unifying it through a single model. This approach will be realised on the Tax Monitoring platform, to which new participants will be connected, and in the future all group companies,’ commented Maria Belyanina, Deputy CEO of Azot Group AO.
In order to implement a single platform for tax monitoring services in all companies of the chemical cluster, an IT solution was chosen that takes into account the specifics of the group companies and allows fulfilling all the requirements of the legislation for information interaction between a tax monitoring participant and the Federal Tax Service of Russia. An important role in the decision to switch to a single intra-group platform for all tax monitoring participants was also played by the fact that customs monitoring is developing in the future.
‘For Azot Group, the transition of enterprises to tax monitoring is undoubtedly the next step in improving the efficiency of business processes, and primarily through the development of risk culture and digital transformation. In addition, the importance of developing the tax function as one of the tools for increasing trust in relations with the state, partners and banks cannot be overlooked,’ said Vsevolod Bebutov, CEO of Azot Group.
