New company incorporated

We decided to establish an advanced agricultural company with the aim of conducting agrotechnical tests, experimenting with new technologies, and showcasing the results to farmers in the Siberian Federal District.

On 16 July 2019 a new legal entity—Azot-agro OOO—was incorporated. Ramil Muzhbatullin was appointed its CEO. We began bringing 6,000 ha of fallow land into agricultural use, starting with the purchase of machinery and equipment.

Seed plant construction started

We started a project to produce seed material.
After the first harvesting campaign, the company achieved a relatively high crop yield for the Siberian region: 40 centners of grain crops and 25 centners of technical crops per hectare. One thousand five hundred hectares of fallow land was prepared for agricultural use.

First harvesting campaign completed

On 9 July 2021, Azot-agro OOO participated in a voluntary certification process conducted by a commission at the Rosselkhoztsentr Office for Kemerovo Oblast. After the commission’s evaluation, the company was officially added to the Seed Production Farm Registry.

Inclusion in the Seed Production Farm Registry

The company’s cultivation area was expanded to 9,000 ha.
May 2022

Cultivation area expanded

After the harvest, the company achieved a record-breaking crop yield for the Siberian region—62 centners per hectare.
October 2022

Record crop yield

By a decision of the Council of the National Union of Crop Breeders and Seed Producers, the company joined the organization as an associate member.

The year saw the construction of the seed material project finished.
